    ٢٠٢ - الحسين (¬٣) بن محمد بن أسعد، المعروف بالنجم. له تصانيف في الفقه منها:"شرح الجامع الصغير"لمحمد بن الحسن، فرغ من تصنيفه بمكة، شرفها الله، وله"الفتاوى والواقعات"وحكى حكاية طويلة عنه في حضوره عند نور الدين الشهيد (¬٤)، وقد سأله عن لبس خاتم في يده، وكان فيهلوزات من ذهب، فقال له: تتحرز من هذا، ويحمل إلى خزانتك من المال الحرام في كل يوم كذا وكذا!! وإن نور الدين أمر بتبطيل ذلك.
