    ١٩٨ - الحسين (¬١) بن حفص بن الفضل الهمداني الأصبهاني تفقه على أبي يوسف القاضي، وهو الذي نقل فقه أبي حنيفة إلى أصبهان وأفتى بمذهبه. روى عن السفيانين (¬٢)، وغيرهما، روى له مسلم في"صحيحه"قال أبو نعيم: كان دخله في كل سنة مئة ألف درهم، فما وجبت عليه زكاة قط، وكانت جوائزه على المحدثين، والفقهاء، وأهل الفضل. مات سنة اثنتي عشرة ومئتين.
