    ١٦٣ - جعفر (¬٢) بن يحيى بن خالد بن برمك أبو الفضل. وزير هارون الرشيد، وكان أبوه يحيى ضمه إلى أبي يوسف، حتى علمه وفقهه قال ابن عساكر (¬٣): وقع ليلة بحضرة الرشيد، على نيف وألف توقيع ولم يخرج في شيء منها عن موجب الفقه، وكان سمح الأخلاق طلق الوجه. وأما جوده وسخاؤه وعطاؤه فأشهر من أن يذكر، ولما بلغ سفيان بن عيينة خبر البرامكة وقتل جعفر حول وجهة إلى الكعبة فقال: اللهم إن كان قد كفاني مؤنة الدنيا فاكفه مؤنة الآخرة. مات سنة سبع وثمانين ومئة. والله تعالى أعلم.

    ٤٠٨ - جعفر بن يحيى بن خالد بن برمك أبو الفضل (¬*) وزير هارون الرّشيد، شهرته تغنى عن الإطناب فيه. كان أبوه يحيى ضمّه إلى أبى يوسف، حتى علّمه وفقّهه. قال ابن عساكر: وقّع ليلة بحضرة الرّشيد، على نيّف وألف توقيع، ولم يخرج فى شئ منها عن موجب الفقه (¬١). ***
