    ١٢٠ - إسحاق (¬٢) بن يحيى، رحل في طلب الحديث، وحصل أصولا وأجزاء. قال الحافظ الذهبي: خرج له ابن المهندس (¬٣) عوالي سمعناها منه سنة ثمان وتسعين، ثم عمل له «معجما» فقرأته وسمعته منه،. وقد أخذ عنه القاضي عز الدين (¬٤) بن جماعة، وابنه وعده وتفرد بأسانيد عالية. مات سنة خمس وعشرين وسبع مئة بقاسيون.
