١١. إبراهيم (¬٢) بن رستم أبو بكر المروزي، أحد الأعلام، تفقه على محمد بن الحسن، وروى عن أبي عصمة نوح (¬٣) ابن مريم المروزي، وأسد (¬٤) بن عمرو البجلي، وهما ممن تفقها على أبي حنيفة وتفقه عليه الجم الغفير، وسمع من مالك، والثوري (¬٥)، وحماد (¬٦) بن سلمة. وغيرهم. قدم بغداد غير مرة، وحدث بها، وروى عنه الإمام أحمد بن حنبل وغيره، وعرض عليه المأمون القضاء فأمتنع وانصرف إلى منزله فتصدق بعشرة آلاف درهم، مات بنيسابور قدمها حاجا سنة إحدى عشرة ومئتين.
