    ١٩١٥ - السائب بنت عبيد س: السائب بْن عبيد بْن عبد يزيد بْن هاشم بْن المطلب بْن عبد مناف أَبُو شافع جد الشافعي. وأمه الشفاء بنت الأرقم بْن نضلة بْن هاشم بْن عبد مناف، وكان السائب يشبه النَّبِيّ ﷺ. روى الخطيب أَبُو بكر أحمد بْن عَلِيِّ بْنِ ثابت الْبَغْدَادِيّ، عن القاضي أَبِي الطيب الطبري، أَنَّهُ قال: أسلم السائب، يعني ابن عبيد جد الشافعي، يَوْم بدر، وَإِنما كان صاحب راية بني هاشم، وأسر وفدى نفسه، وأسلم، فقيل له: «لو أسلمت قبل أن تفدي نفسك، فقال: ما كنت أحرم المؤمنين طعمًا لهم». أخرجه أَبُو موسى
