    ٦٢٨ - ثَوْر بن عَزْرَة (س) ثَوْر بن عَزْرَة أبو العُكَير القُشَيْرِيّ. روى علي بن محمد المدائني أبو الحسن، عن يزيد بن رومان، ورجال المدائني قالوا: وفد ثور بن عزرة بن عبد اللَّه بن سلمة القشيري على رسول اللَّه ﷺ فأقطعه حُمَام والسُّد (¬٢)، وهما من العقيق، وكتب له كتاباً، وقد ذكر الشاعر حماماً فقال: فإن يغْلِبْكَ مَيْسَرَةُ بن بِشْرٍ … فإن أبا العُكَيْر على حمَامِ أخرجه أبو موسى.
