    ٢١٤٩ - (¬١) -[أبو الحسن الجرجاني] ومنهم علي بن أبي نصر الجرجاني أبو الحسن الفقيه الإمام المفتي من أصحاب أبي حنيفة رجل فاضل متواضع على سيرة السلف، من سكّان مدرسة الصاعديّة، كان عليه مدار الفتوى في زمانه في مجلس القضاء، أظنّ أنّه سمع من أصحاب الأصم ومن الطبقة الثانية [٧٨ أ] ومن المتأخرين. توفي يوم الأحد التاسع عشر من صفر سنة سبع وثمانين وأربع مئة.
