١٠ - محمد (¬١) بن أبي بكر بن أبي الوقار بن أبي الفضل الحلبي، عُرف بابن الرَّقَّاقي. توفي في سنة تسع وعشرين وسبع مئة. سمع على مجد الدين (¬٢) بن العديم، وغيره. سمع منه القطب عبد الكريم، وقال في "تاريخ مصر": ومولده في سنة تسع وخمسين أو سنة ستين وست مئة. قال: وكان فيه نباهة، ودين، واشتغل بطلب الحديث، وكان ينقل من أسماء الرجال وغير ذلك، وكتب بخطه.
