    ذكر تسفير الملك السّعيد إلى الكرك: ولما جرى ما ذكرنا نزل من القلعة (¬٥)، وسافر إلى الكرك صحبة الأمير سيف الدين بيدغان الركنى وجماعة يوصلونه إلى الكرك، فوصلها، وتسلمها منالنائب الذى هو بها وهو علاء الدين أيدكين الفخرى، وتسلّم ما بها من الأموال والذخائر والغلال. وكان خروجه من المملكة فى [سابع] (¬١) شهر ربيع الأول من هذه السنة، أعنى سنة ثمان وسبعين وستمائة، وكانت مدة سلطنته من حين وفاة أبيه الملك الظاهر سنتين وشهرا وأياما (¬٢).
