    ٥٤٦ - أبو الخير سعيد بن عبد الله الذهبى، الحريرى، مولى الصدر صلاح الدين عبد الرحمن بن عمر الحريرى. وكان مولده - تقديرا - سنة اثنى عشرة وسبعمائة. سمع ببغداد من الدقوقى، وخلق، وبدمشق من زينب بنت الكلمال، وأمم وبالقاهرة والإسكندرية وبلدان شتى. وعنى بالحديث، وأكثر من السماع والشيوخ، وخرج وجمع تراجم كثيرة لأعيان أهل بغداد، وخرج الكثير، وكتب بخطه الرديء كثيرا. وقال الذهبى: له رحلة. وعمل جيد، وهمة فى التاريخ، وتكثير المشايخ، والأجزاء وهو ذكى، صحيح الذهن، عارف بالرجال حافظ.
