    ٢٣٢ - أسباه صبر بن محمد بن نعمان الحرانى، الفقيه أبو عبد الله. تفقه ببغداد على الشيخ عبد القادر، ونزل عنده، ولازم الاشتغال بمدرسته إلى آخر عمره. وسمع ابن المادح، وحدث عنه باليسير، وعمّر. وسمع منه ابن القطيعى، وجماعة وتوفى ليلة الجمعة حادى عشر ربيع الأول سنة سبع (¬١) وستمائة. ودفن بباب حرب ﵀. وكان أصابه صمم شديد فى آخر عمره. قال ابن النجار: كان شيخا صالحا، مشتغلا بالعلم والخير، مع علو سنه. وأظنه ناطح المائة. ﵀.
