    ١٨٤ - على بن أبى العز بن أبى عبد الله الباجسرائى، الفقيه الزاهد أبو الحسن. كان يسكن بمدرسة الشيخ عبد القادر، وسمع الكثير من أبى الوقت، وابن البطى، وغيرهما. وحدث باليسير. سمع منه جماعة من الفقهاء. وكان صالحا ورعا، متدينا ذا عبادة وزهد. جمع كتابا فى تفسير القرآن الكريم فى أربع مجلدات. توفى ليلة الخميس حادى عشر ذى القعدة سنة ثمان وثمانين وخمسمائة. وصلّى عليه بالمصلى بباب الحلبة. ودفن بباب حرب. رحمه الله تعالى.
