    ١٠٧ - أيوب بن أحمد بن تيموه الباجرائى الفقيه الحنبلى. ويكتب بخطه: القاضى أيوب.قال ابن النجار: سمع ابن ناصر الدسكرى. والقاضى أبا الحسين بن الفراء. وحدث عنه بأصبهان بيسير. سمع منه أبو الكرم سعد بن الحسين بن ولاد المدينى. توفى فى ذى القعدة سنة أربع وأربعين وخمسمائة. قلت: ووجدت خطه كثيرا على كتب كثيرة من كتب الأصحاب، قرئت عليه، وحدث بالغيلانيات. سماعه من ابن الحصين.
