    ٩٧ - المبارك بن عبد الملك بن الحسين البغدادى، الحريمى، الفقيه، الإمام أبو على، المعروف بابن القاضى. تفقه فى المذهب وبرع فيه. وسمع فى حال كبره من غير واحد. وكان من أكابر الفقهاء. تفقه عليه جماعة. ولا أعلم سنة وفاته. وله ابن يقال له: أبو منصور عبد الملك كان موصوفا بالصلاح والخير. ولى القضاء بمدينة المنصور بالحريم الطاهرى. وسمع من أبى منصور القزاز، وأبى البدر الكرخى وطبقتهما، وحدث. وكان مولده سنة ثمان وعشرين وخمسمائة. وتوفى فى عشرين ذى الحجة سنة تسع وستمائة. ودفن بباب حرب. سمع منه النجيب الحرانى. وسيأتى عنه حديث فى ترجمة ابن الطلاية.بقية وفيات المائة السادسة من سنة ٥٤١ هـ - إلى سنة ٦٠٠ هـ
