    ٧١ - عبد الوهاب بن حمزة بن عمر البغدادى، الفقيه المعدل، أبو سعد. ولد فى أحد الربيعين سنة سبع وخمسين وأربعمائة. وسمع من ابن النقور، والصريفينى، وأبى القاسم بن البسرى، وأبى عبد الله الحميدى. وتفقه على أبي الخطاب. وأفتى وبرع فى الفقه. وشهد عند قاضى القضاة أبى الحسن بن الدامغانى وكان مرضيّ الطريقة جميل السيرة من أهل السنة. وهو شيخ أبى حكيم النهروانى، الذى تفقه عليه. وروى عنه حكاية، ولم يحدث إلا باليسير. توفى ليلة الثلاثاء ثالث شعبان سنة خمس عشرة وخمسمائة. ودفن بمقبرة الإمام أحمد رضى الله عنه.
