    ٤٨ - رجب بن قحطان بن الحسن بن قحطان الأنصارى، الضرير أبو المعالى المقرئ الأديب. سمع من أبى الحسين بن النقور. وحدّث باليسير. سمع منه هزار سب ابن عوض وغيره. وقال أبو الفضل بن عطّاف: كان من مجوّدى القراء، والمحسنين فى الأداء ذا فضل وعقل وأدب. توفى سنة اثنتين وخمسمائة. ومن شعره أنشده عنه أبو بكر المزرفى: إنما المرء خلاص جائز … فإذا جربته فهو شبه وتراه راقدا فى غفلة … فهو حىّ فإذا مات انتبه
