(٥٥٨ - يحيى بن عبد الرّحيم الأرمنتىّ (¬*)) يحيى بن عبد الرّحيم ابن الأثير (¬٢) الأرمنتىّ، المنعوت تقىّ الدّين، كان من الفقهاء الشافعيّة المشاركين، درّس بمدرسة سيوط سنين كثيرة، وتولّى الحكم بأطفيح وبمنفلوط، وسيرته فيه حسنة، وهو من بيت علم ورياسة، وجلالة ونفاسة، وحكم وعدالة، وسيادة وأصالة. ومولده سنة أربع وخمسين وستّمائة، وتوفّى بمدينة سيوط سنة ثمان وسبعمائة، أخبرنى بذلك ابنه الفقيه العدل شهاب الدّين أحمد.
