(٤٩٤ - محمد بن يحيى بن مهدى الأسوانىّ (¬*)) محمد بن يحيى بن مهدى بن هارون، بن عبد الله بن هارون بن إبراهيم التمار،الفقيه المالكىّ الأسوانىّ، يكنى أبا الذكر، قاضى مصر، روى عن المعافى، ومحمد ابن عمر الأندلسىّ. دكره ابن الطحّان ولم ينسبه وقال: توفّى فى شوّال سنة أربعين (¬١) وثلاثمائة، وصلّى عليه أخوه مؤمل (¬٢) بن يحيى، وذكره ابن جلب راغب (¬٣) ونسبه وقال: ولى قضاء مصر لأبى (¬٤) يحيى عبد الله بن مكرم، فى ثانى ذى القعدة سنة إحدى عشرة وثلاثمائة، وصرف عنه فى سنة ثنتى (¬٥) عشرة [وثلاثمائة]، ومولده سنة خمس وخمسين ومائتين.
