(٤٦٧ - محمد بن عيسى بن جعفر التّميمىّ القوصىّ (¬*)) محمد بن عيسى بن جعفر التّميمىّ، كمال الدّين، المعروف بابن الكتنانىّ، الفقيه الشافعىّ القاضى، الإخميمىّ الأصل القوصىّ، كان فيه معرفة وسكون ووفور عقل، وله يد فى التّوثيق والحساب، تولّى الحكم بأرمنت ودمامين وقنا وسمهود والبلينا (¬٢)، وناب فى الحكم بقوص إلى حين وفاته، ودرّس برباط (¬٣) ابن الفقيه نصر بمدينة قوص، فى ذى القعدة سنة ثلاث وثلاثين وسبعمائة، وكان يقول إنّ مولده سنة خمسين وستّمائة، أو ما يقاربها.
