(٤٤٥ - محمد بن عبد المغيث القوصىّ (¬*)) محمد بن عبد المغيث، ينعت بالزّين القمنىّ، القوصىّ الدّار والوفاة، تولّى الحكم بمخانس (¬١) وبهجورة، ثمّ بالأقصرين ثمّ بالمرج، ثمّ بالبلينا وسمهود وبرديس، وكان فيه كرم، وله هيبة وحرمة ونزاهة. توفّى بفرجوط، فى رجب سنة تسع وثلاثين وسبعمائة، ركب مع قاضى قوص، عند قدومه إلى البلينا، فتوجّه معه إلى فرجوط، فلحقه قولنج فتوفّى بها. وكان قد اشتغل بالقاهرة مدّة، ثمّ حضر إلى قوص فى سنة خمس وسبعمائة أو نحوها.
