(٣٨٠ - محمد بن إبراهيم، ابن الفهّاد القوصىّ (¬*)) محمد بن إبراهيم بن علىّ القوصىّ، ينعت فتح الدّين، يعرف بابن الفهّاد، فقيه حسن مشكور السّيرة، قرأ على أبيه (¬٢)، والشّيخ نجم الدّين الأسفونىّ، كان يحضر معنا الدّرس بقوص، وتولّى الحكم بسمهود (¬٣)، ثمّ استوطن القاهرة، وجلس بحانوت الشّهود، عاقدا للأنكحة، وعرف بها، ومضى على جميل، وتوفّى بها فى سنة أربع (¬٤) وثلاثين وسبعمائة.
