(٣٠٢ - علىّ بن عبد الرّحيم بن شيث الأسنائىّ (¬*)) علىّ بن عبد الرّحيم (¬١) بن علىّ بن إسحاق بن علىّ بن شيث، ينعت بالعلاء، الأسنائىّ المحتد، المقدسىّ (¬٢) المولد. سمع الحديث ببغداد من أبى الحسن محمد بن أحمد القطيعىّ، وأبى المنجّى ابن اللّتى،وبدمشق من ابن الحرستانىّ، وحدّث، سمع منه جماعة، وأجاز (¬١) الشّيخ علم الدّين البرزاليّ، وذكره فى تاريخه. وتوجّه إلى أسنا بلد أبيه، وأقام بها مدّة، وتوفّى بالقاهرة سنة أربع (¬٢) وسبعين وستّمائة فى سادس عشرى رجب، ودفن خارج باب النّصر. ومولده سنة إحدى وستّمائة، وهو أكبر من أخيه الكمال (¬٣)، وذكره الشّريف (¬٤) فى «وفياته».
