(٩٥ - إسماعيل بن محمد بن حسان الأسوانىّ (¬*)) إسماعيل بن محمد بن حسّان بن جواد بن علىّ بن خزرج، القاضى أبو الطّاهر (¬٤)الأنصارىّ الشافعىّ، الأسوانىّ المحتد، رحل إلى بغداد، وتفقّه على الإمام أبى/ القاسم يحيى بن علىّ بن الفضل المعروف بابن فضلان، وسمع بها من منوجهر بن تركان شاه، وحدّث بها، سمع منه ابن أخيه محمد بن مفضّل. وتوفّى بالقاهرة فى السابع من شهر رمضان، سنة تسع وتسعين وخمسمائة، وكان حاكما بأسوان ومدرّسا بمدرستها.
