    (٥٩٥) (ت-موسى) بن أبي الجارود (¬١)) أبو الوليد المكي الفقيه. روى عن ابن عيينة والشافعي والبويطي وابن معين. وعنه الترمذي والربيع بن سليمان المرادي والحسن بن محمد الزعفراني وابن وارة وأبو حاتم كتابة ويعقوب بن سفيان وابن بنت الشافعي وغيرهم. وذكره ابن حبان في الثقات وقال الدارقطني روى عن الشافعي حديثا كثيرا وروى عنه الأمالي وغيرها وكان أبو الوليد من الفقهاء المكبين بمكة بمذهب الشافعي*
