٨٤٤ - عمر بن يوسف بن محمد بن مضاء بن عقبة اللخمي (١) : إشبيلي أبو حفص الخيطي، لقبه بذلك شيخه محمد بن إسماعيل الحكيم (٢) لتكرره عليه شتاء وصيفاً في قميصين فكان إذا أفتقده وسأل عنه قال: أين صاحبنا الخيطي؟ فلزمه اللقب؛ روى عن أبي الحزم عفير بن مسعود (٣) ومحمد المذكور؛ روى عنه أبو تمام غالب التياني (٤) وكان من أهل المعرفة بالشعر ومعانيه، شاعراً مجوداً، ذا حظ من النحو، أدب به وبالأدب، وتوفي بقرطبة سنة ثمان وثلاثين وثلاثمائة.
