٦٨٩ - علي بن أبي موسى مطرف بن محمد بن عبد الله الكناني (١) : بلنسي وشقي الأصل، أبو الحسن؛ روى عن أبي بكر ابن رزق وأبي الحسن بن هذيل وأبي عبد الله بن يوسف بن سعادة،وأكثر عنه، وأبي القاسم بن حبيش، واجاز له أبو بكر بن محرز البطليوسي وأبو عبد الله بن الفخار وأبو مروان بن قزمان وغيرهم. وكان تام العناية بشأن الرواية، وكتب الكثير، واعتبط فلم يحدث بشيء مما رواه، وكان أبو الخطاب بن واجب يثني عليه كثيراً. توفي ببلنسية يوم الجمعة لأربع عشرة ليلة بقيت من جمادى الآخرة من سنة اربع وستين وخمسمائة، ومولده بها في شهر ربيع الأول من سنة ثلاث [١٢٥ ظ] وعشرين وخمسمائة.
