    ٦٦ - عبد الملك بن غصن الخشني (١) : حجاري أبو مروان؛ روى عن القاضي أبي وليد يونس بن عبد الله بن مغيث وكان فقيها حافظا أديبا شاعرا كاتبا، وأمتحن من قبل المأمون بن ذي النون فاعتقله بسجن وبذة (٢) وجماعة معه مدة (٣) ، وبه ألف كتابه المسمى كتاب: " السجن والمسجون والحزن والمحزون، وسماه أيضا: " رسالة السر المكنون في عيون الأخبار وتسلية المحزون "، وضمنه ألف بيت من شعره، ثم سرح من سجنه فلحق ببلنسية وأقام بها أشهرا، ثم أنتقل إلى قرطبة فاستقر بها وقتا، ثم أنصرف إلى غرناطة، وتوفي بها سنة أربع وخمسين وأربعمائة.
