[٩٤٦] يوسف بن إسحاق الفقيه، أبو الحسين (¬١) [المُلْقي] (¬٢) الجرجاني. قال الحاكم: سمع أبا نعيم عبد الملك بن محمد بن عدي الإستراباذي وأبا بكر عبد الله بن محمد بن عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ المكي وغيرهما، سكن نيسابور بعد منصرفه من العراق حتى توفي بها، ورأيته مُلْقي أبي علي بن أبي هريرة القاضي، وكان يدرّس عندنا سنين، وتفقه عنه جماعة، وتوفي بنيسابور في شهر رمضان سنة أربع وسبعين وثلاثمائة، ودُفِن في مقبرة الحسين بن معاذ.
