[٩٢٢] هارون بن أحمد بن هارون، أبو سهل الإستراباذي. [ب] قال الحاكم: هارون بن أحمد بن هارون بن بندار بن خداش، أبو سهل الإستراباذي. [ب ت] كان صحيح الأصول، [ب] كثير الحديث، ورد نيسابور سنة ثلاث وخمسين وأقام بها سنين (¬١)، ثم جاءنا إلى بخارا وأنا بها فحدّث بها سنين (¬٢)، فرأيت له بها مجالس حسنة.
