[٨١٢] محمد بن الفضل بن لؤلؤ الحلواني، أبو الحسين.قال الحاكم: كان من الرحالة المعروفين بطلب الحديث، مولده بحلوان ومنشؤه بمدينة السلام بغداد. سمع بتلك الديار بعد الثلاثين، وقدم نيسابور سنة أربعين فاستوطنها، وسمع الحديث الكثير، فبقي عندنا سنتين، ثم خرج إلى مرو وبخارى و [اخرة بنسا] (¬١)، وتوفي بعد الثمانين وقبل التسعين والثلاثمائة.
