[٦٩٧] [] (¬١) محمَّد بن حامد بن محمود [٥١/ أ] القطّان، أبو العباس الساماني (¬٢) النيسابوري. [ب] قال الحاكم: كان من مشايخ أصحاب الرأي، وقد حدَّث، سمعت منه عن أبي بكر بن أبي العوّام الرِّياحي، وأبي الوليد بن بُرْد الأنطاكي، وأقرانهما في آخر عمره. [ب مض] توفي في شهر ربيع الأوَّل سنة ثمان وأربعين وثلاثمائة. [ب] ودفن في مقبرة عاصم.
