    [٦٩٢] محمد بن حاتم الكشي. [ب ت] قال الحاكم: أبو جعفر الكشي، قدم علينا هذا الشيخ في رجب من سنة تسع وثلاثين وثلاثمائة، فحدّث [إملاءً من كتابه] (¬٤) عن عبد بن حميد وفتح بن عمرو الكشّيين، وقد ماتا قبل الخمسين ومائتين، وذكر أنه ابن مائة وثمان سنين، وعرضت كتبه على الإمام أبي بكر بن إسحاق الفقيه الصِّبغي، فأمرنا بالسّماع منه، والله أعلم. [ب] توفي أبو جعفر محمد بن حاتم الكشي ﵀ في توجهه إلى الحج بهمذان، في شوال من سنة تسع وثلاثين وثلاثمائة، ولم يحدِّث بالعراق ولا بالحجاز، فإني تعَرَّفتُ ذلك بعد وفاته.
