[٦٢٦] محمد بن أحمد بن سيد، أبو نصر بن أبي سيد الوالي (¬١) النيسابوري. قال الحاكم: كتب معنا الكثير، وقرأ القرآن بأحرف، ثم كتب للقضاة سنين، وتوفي في شوّال سنة إحدى وثمانين وثلاثمائة، وصلى عليه أبو نصر القاضي، ودفن بمقبرة الحيرة.
