[٥٥٨] محمد بن أحمد بن زكريا، أبو الحسن بن زكريا، كان من أفاضل شيوخنا، وهو نيسابوري، ومدفون بمقبرة شاهنبر. قال الحاكم: سمع الحسين بن محمد القباني، وأحمد بن النضر بن عبد الوهاب، وإبراهيم بن علي الذهلي، وأبا بكر الجارودي. كان من أفاضل شيوخنا وأكثرهم صحبة، وصار في آخر عمره من العباد المجتهدين، وأَلِفَ العُزلة، وعاش تسعين سنة، وتوفي سنة تسع وأربعين وثلاثمائة.
