[٥٠٦] علي بن محمد بن إسماعيل، أبو الحسن الكارزي الطوسي. [ب ك] قال الحاكم: رحل في طلب الحديث إلى العراق، والحجاز، والشام، فسمع بالعراق أبا بكر بن الباغندي وأقرانه، وبالشام أبا العباس محمد بن الحسن بن قتيبة وأقرانه، وحدّث بنيسابور غير مرةٍ، وآخرها خرج من عندنا سنة إحدى وستين إلى مكة، وحجّ، ثم توفي بمكة سنة اثنتين وستين وثلاثمائة.
