[٤٩٦] علي بن عمر بن نصر الدقاق، أبو الحسن البغدادي. [غ ك] قال الحاكم: كان يحفظ، جال أكثر الدنيا في طلب الحديث، ثم نزل نيسابور سنين، ثم سكن في آخر عمره مرو الروذ. [ك] سمع بالعراق أبا القاسم بن منيع وابن صاعد وطبقتهما، وبالجزيرة أبا عروبة وطبقته، وبالشام أبا عبد الرحمن مكحول وأقرانه، وبمصر علي بن أحمد بن سليمان وطبقته. [غ ك ت] توفي بمرو الروذ سنة تسع (¬١) وأربعين وثلاثمائة.
