[٤٦٧] عثمان بن عمران بن الحارث المقدسي، أبو عمرو الصوفي. قال الحاكم: سمع بالشام خيثمة بن سليمان والحسن بن حبيب وأقرانهما، وبالعراق أبا علي الصفار وأقرانه، وبخراسان أبا العباس محمد بن يعقوب وأقرانه، ثم دخل بلاد خراسان، وانصرف إلى مرو، وإن آخر عهدي به في مجلس أبي العباس المحمودي بمرو سنة تسع وخمسين وثلاثمائة، ثم جاءنا نعيه وأنا بنَسَا في هذه السنة.
