[٤٥٠] عبد العزيز بن محمد بن الحسن الفقيه، أبو الفضل البصروي (¬١). قال الحاكم: كان من الفقهاء الزهاد التاركين لما لا يعنيهم، درس على أبي الوليد علي بن أبي منصور بن مهران (¬٢)، ولما انصرف الأستاذ أبو سهل من أصبهان رأيته يدرس عليه كتاب "الرسالة" للشافعي، ودرس في مسجده سنين وتخرج به جماعة من الفقهاء، سمع عبد الله بن الشرقي والحسن بن منصوروأقرانهما، وتوفي في رجب سنة سبعين وثلاثمائة. حدثني عبد العزيز بن محمد أبو الفضل - في مجلس الأستاذ أبي سهل - … (¬١).
