[٤١٣] [عبد الرحمن بن] (¬٣) محمد بن حامد، أبو القاسم الزاهد البلخي. [ت] قال الحاكم: قلَّ ما رأيتُ في المحدثين أَوْرَعَ منه. [غ ت] وكان محدَّث بلخ في عصره. [ب] كان مكثرًا من الحديث، مائلًا إلى الخير وأهله، صحب أبا بكر الوراق الترمذي، وروى كتبه عنه، روى عن أبي شهاب معمر بن محمد، ومحمد بن حبّال الصغاني، وإسحاق بن الهياج، ومحمد بن صالح بن سهل الترمذي. [غ] قدم نيسابور وأقام مدة يحدَّث ثم انصرف، وجاءنا نعيه سنة خمس وخمسين وثلاثمائة.
