[ب ي ص] [ت س] قال الحاكم: الفقيه الأصولي المتكلّم، المقدَّم في هذه العلوم، أبو إسحاق الإسفراييني الزاهد، انصرف من العراق بعد المقام بها، وقد أقر له أهلُ العلم بالعراق وخراسان بالتقدُّم والفضل، واختار الوطن إلى أن جُرَّ (¬٢) بعد الجهد إلى نيسابور، وبُنِي له المدرسة التي لم يُبْنَ بنيسابور قبلها مثلها، ودرَّسفيها وحدَّث، سمع بخراسان (¬١) الشيخ أبا بكر الإسماعيلي وأقرانه، وبالعراق أبا بكر محمد بن عبد الله الشافعي وأبا محمد دعلج بن أحمد السجزي وأقرانهما (¬٢).
