[١٤٣] أحمد بن هارون بن إبراهيم الفقيه، أبو العباس الحاكم المزكي، شيخ أهل الرأي في عصره، النيسابوري. [مض ح] قال الحاكم: شيخ أصحاب أبي حنيفة ومفتيهم في عصره. توفي يوم الأحد الثاني من رجب سنة تسع وأربعين وثلاثمائة، وشهدت جنازته في ميدان الحسين، وصلَّى عليه ابنه أبو صادق.
