[١٢٣] أحمد بن محمد بن حامد الفقيه، أبو الحسن بن أبي العباس القطّانالنيسابوري، توفي سنة اثني وسبعين وثلاثمائة. قال الحاكم: كان من كبار الفقهاء لأصحاب أبي حنيفة، من المشهورين المقبولين، وما أراه حدَّث. سمعت أبا الحسن الفقيه يقول: سمعت أبا العباس أحمد بن هارون يقول: قدم علينا علي بن موسى القمي النيسابوري، فاجتمعنا على أنا لم نرَ قبله من أصحابنا أفقه منه. توفي سنة اثنتين وسبعين وثلاثمائة.
