[٤٧] أحمد بن علي بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن أحمدويه (¬٢) الأصبهاني، نزيل نيسابور.قال الحاكم: أبو بكر أحمد بن علي الأصبهاني، نزيل نيسابور، من المقبولين في طلب العلم، رحل في طلب الحديث وجمع الصحيح والتراجم والأبواب بفهم ودراية، طلب الحديث بعد الستين والثلاثمائة، ورحل إلى الشيخ أبي بكر الإسماعيلي، وأكثر عن أقرانه بخراسان بعد أن سمعه في بلده وأدرك إسناد وقته.
