هشام بن يحيى الغساني. قال ابن أبي حاتم: هشام بن يحيى بن يحيى الغساني. روى عن: أبيه. روى عنه: الوليد بن مسلم، وهشام بن عمار الدمشقي، ويحيى بن صالح الوُحَاظي، وابنه إبراهيم، سمعت أبي يقول ذلك قال أبو محمد: وروى عن: عطاء الخراساني، وعَبد العزيز بن عُمر بن عَبد العزيز. ثنا عَبد الرّحمن قال: سألت أبي عنه فقال: صالح الحديث."الجرح والتعديل" (٩/ ٧٠). قُلتُ: وترجمه ابن حبَّان في "الثقات" (٩/ ٢٣٢). وفي "الأنساب" للسمعاني: وثقه ابن معين، مات سنة ١٣٥. *
