(٧٩٤) وابنه: عبد الملك بن جابر بن عتيك بن قيس بن الأسود بن مريّ بن كعب بن غنم بن سلمة (¬٢). روى عن: جابر بن عبد الله عن النبي ﷺ: «إذا حدّث الرّجل القوم ثمّ التفت، فهي أمانة». رواه: أبو داود (¬٣)، في الأدب، عن: أبي بكر عن يحيى بن آدم عن ابن أبي ذئب عن عبد الرحمن بن عطاء عن عبد الملك عن جابر. ورواه: الترمذي (¬٤)، في البر، عن: أحمد بن منيع عن ابن المبارك عن ابن أبي ذئب، به، وقال: حسن، إنما نعرفه من حديث ابن أبي ذئب.
