(٧٩٣) وأخوه لأبيه وأمه: جابر (¬٤) بن عتيك بن قيس بن الأسود بن مريّ بن كعب بن بن غنم بن سلمة (¬٥). فولد جابر بن عتيك: -أبا سفيان. -وعائشة.-وسلافة. -والعالية* [١٣٢/أ] *. -وأم سفيان. -وأم المغيرة. وأمهم: هند بنت البراء بن معرور بن صخر بن خنساء بن سنان بن عبيد بن عديّ. -وعبد الملك بن جابر. ولم تسم أمه. وتوفي وليس له عقب. قال محمّد بن عمر، وعبد الله بن محمّد بن عمارة الأنصاري: وليس شهود جابر بن عتيك، أحدا، عندنا بثبت (¬١)، وقد شهد ما بعد ذلك من المشاهد.
