(٧٥٨) ومنهم: سهل (¬١) بن قيس بن أبي كعب عمرو بن القين بن كعب (¬٢) بن سواد (¬٣). وأمه: نائلة بنت سلامة بن وقش بن زغبة بن زعوراء بن عبد الأشهل، من الأوس. وهو ابن عم: كعب بن مالك بن أبي كعب، الشاعر. شهد سهل: بدرا، وقتل يوم أحد شهيدا (¬٤)، في شوال على رأس اثنين وثلاثين شهرا من الهجرة. وهو صاحب القبر المعروف بأحد. قال ابن سعد: وبقي من عقبه رجل وامرأة. قلت: وقع في جزء من حديث عبد الله بن علي الأبنوسي (¬٥):
