(٤٣٤) وابن عمه: عبد الله (¬١) بن عرفطة بن عديّ بن أميّة بن خدارة (¬٢). كذا نسبه: ابن إسحاق (¬٣). وقال ابن سعد: عبد الله بن عرفطة، حليف لهم ذكره موسى بن عقبة (¬٤)، ومحمّد بن إسحاق، وأبو معشر، ومحمّد بن عمر، فيمن شهد بدرا، وليس له عقب، وكان عبد الله بن محمّد بن عمّارة الأنصاري، يقول: هذان الحليفان-يعني: عبد الله بن عرفطة، وعبد الله بن عبس (¬٥) -إنما هما واحد، واسمه: عبد الله بن عمير، حليف لهم.
