    وفي بابٍ قوله ﷺ: «لا نورث ما تركنا صدقةٌ» قال مسلم: حدثنا زهير وحسن الحلواني، قالا نا يعقوب بن إبراهيم، نا أبي، عن صالح، عن ابن شهاب، قال أخبرني عروة، أن عائشة أخبرته أن فاطمة بنت رسول الله ﷺ سألت أبا بكرٍ الصديق، الحديث. هكذا إسناده عند أبي أحمد. وفي نسخة أبي العلاء بن ماهان: حدثنا ابن نمير، نا يعقوب بن إبراهيم. وخرجه أبو مسعود الدمشقي عن مسلم فقال: نا زهير بن حربوحسن الحلواني، ومحمد بن عبد الله بن نمير، ثلاثتهم عن يعقوب بن إبراهيم بن سعد بذلك. قال أبو علي: وأكثر ما يجيء مسلم بنسخة صالح بن كيسان هذه، عن زهير بن حرب وحسن الحلواني جميعاً عن يعقوب بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، فالله أعلم.
